The second type is the seborrheic type. The skin is a little flushed, and yellow sebaceous liquid oozes out of small maculopapules. It forms relatively long yellow scabs. It is most likely to appear on the top of the child's head, the upper edge of the eyebrows, the external auditory canal, behind the ears, and on both sides of the nose. The child looks uncomfortable with a layer of shaking scabs, and the itching sensation is not very severe.

The third type is the exudative type, which is more common in fat infants and young children. It is a watery sore. This type of eczema is also itchy. When the child accidentally scratches the face, yellow serous fluid will ooze out and slowly spread to the limbs and body, easily causing skin infection.
