4 to 12 months: During this stage, the baby's teeth gradually erupt and the stomach capacity gradually increases. At this time, you can feed your baby vegetable puree, which not only supplements the rich fiber, minerals and vitamin C, but also allows the baby's food to gradually transition from liquid food such as vegetable water to soft food such as vegetable puree, thereby adapting to the changes in digestive function, meeting the baby's physiological needs, preparing for weaning, and cultivating the baby's chewing habit.
