Baby's toes peeling

Baby's toes peeling

If parents find that there is peeling between their baby's toes, they should apply some moisturizing cream to their skin to prevent their skin from drying out again. If necessary, they can also massage their feet, which is a very good relief method. However, they must not massage for too long, otherwise the baby will feel uncomfortable.

Step 1: Rub your feet with sea salt

Rubbing your feet with sea salt can remove dead skin cells and make the skin on your feet smooth and soft. Therefore, you can take care of your feet at home every once in a while. You can use table salt and bath salt instead of sea salt. Add some lotion while rubbing. It can moisturize the skin of your feet while exfoliating. This method of foot care is very effective.

Step 2: Soak your feet in sea salt water

The feet rubbed with sea salt will become slightly warm. At this time, you can soak them in sea salt to open the pores of the foot skin to the maximum and relax your feet to the greatest extent. This method can be used before going to bed every day for best results. If your feet are tanned, you can use some whitening foot masks for comprehensive care.

Step 3: Massage your feet with essential oils

Plant essential oils can promote blood circulation and have excellent absorbency, so they are very effective for dry skin. In daily foot care, you can use plant essential oils for proper massage to moisturize the skin of your feet and keep it smooth. When purchasing plant essential oils, you can choose detoxifying rose essential oil and stress-relieving tea tree essential oil. If these products are not available, you can also choose moisturizing oil instead.

1. Don't ignore foot pain. If pain persists, see a podiatrist immediately.

2. Check your feet regularly. Pay attention to changes in the color and temperature of your feet. Watch for thickening or color changes in nails, as well as cracking and peeling.

3. Wash your feet frequently. Especially clean between the toes and make sure to dry thoroughly.

4. Cut your toenails regularly, but don't cut them too short. Avoid cutting your nails close to the skin on the sides, as this may cause the nail to grow inward.

5. Buy shoes at night. This is the time when the feet are at their largest during the day, so worn-out shoes should be replaced in time.

6. Choose shoes according to the type of sports. The support and friction that jogging, tennis, and basketball shoes can provide are all different.

7. Change your shoes. Don't wear the same pair of shoes every day.

8. Don’t walk barefoot. Walking barefoot can easily lead to infection, so apply some sunscreen on your feet in the summer.

9. Don’t do foot massage at home easily. Improper self-treatment can turn a minor illness into a major one.

10. Diabetic patients should see a podiatrist once a year.
