Treatment of dry cough in two-month-old baby

It is very common for children to have some physical problems, but when a child has a problem, the child will suffer and the family will be implicated, which is a particularly worrying thing. However, in daily life, if you encounter a two-month-old baby with dry cough, what should you do? Let's read the following article to learn about it.

Use half a spoonful of brown sugar and a slice of ginger to boil a cup of water. Let the child drink the water and soak his feet in warm water at the same time. If the water is not hot, add some more clothes. Soak for 20 minutes. Then put more clothes on the child and massage the soles of the feet with your fingers. If the child is sweating, do not rush to take off his clothes. Let him sweat slowly. Start feeding plain water. Don't rush to feed too much. Just feed frequently and encourage the baby to urinate more.

Also, peel a head of garlic and add some rock sugar to boil water. Simmer for 20 minutes after boiling. Give it to your child when it is still warm. Feed slowly to encourage the child to urinate more. You can drink the water for several days in a row, 50 ml each time, on an empty stomach in the morning and before going to bed at night.

If you still have a runny nose the next day, you can soak your feet again, as you did on the first day.

Children should not be left exposed to the air when sleeping at night. It is just right if their hands and feet are warm. If they are too hot or too cold, the bedding should be adjusted.

Garlic water can moisten the lungs and relieve coughs, and drinking it continuously has no side effects on children. If you have yellow and sticky nasal discharge, it means lung heat, so do not add ginger slices to the brown sugar water.

It is safe, effective and simple to treat baby's cough and cold:

Recipe: pear (chopped), a little rock sugar, red dates (a dozen pieces), ginger, honey, Sichuan Fritillary powder (available at pharmacies)

Method: Pear + rock sugar + red dates + a little water (because pears will release water), cook on low heat for half an hour

Then add honey and Sichuan Fritillaria powder and cook for another minute.

Dosage of Chuanbei powder: one gram a day for children under one year old, for two consecutive days;

Two to three years old: 2 grams a day for two to three days;

For older children, 2 grams a day can be taken for a few more days.

From the above we have learned that the phenomenon of dry cough in two-month-old babies is very normal. In life, some diseases may occur because of problems with the children's lungs.
