What to do if a child has cough and bronchitis

Some young children suffer from serious bronchitis. In that case, they need to pay attention to taking appropriate measures for treatment in a timely manner. This will ensure the health of the children and avoid danger to the children due to coughing problems. In particular, they should pay attention to avoid worsening of the disease. So, what should we do if children have cough bronchitis? Let me introduce it to you below.

Acute bronchitis is an acute inflammation of the trachea and bronchi caused by bacterial or viral infection, physical or chemical stimulation, or allergic reaction when the body's resistance is reduced. Antibacterial drugs such as cephalosporins and azithromycin should be added appropriately. Avoid eating spicy and irritating foods, avoid foods that are too sour or too salty, keep the air in your room fresh, quit smoking and drinking, and avoid physical and chemical factors such as smoke, odors, and oil fumes.

It is recommended to take Pudilan Anti-inflammatory Oral Liquid and Lanqin Oral Liquid. Both are 5ml each time, 3 times a day. It is best to take vitamin C tablets to enhance immunity, 1 tablet each time, 1 time a day. In addition, you can take the antibiotic Lijianke.

Life care: drink plenty of water, don't eat shrimp, mutton, crab, yogurt, chocolate, or cold drinks.

1) Cough is characterized by long-term and recurrent coughing, which often occurs in cold seasons or when the temperature changes suddenly. Coughing is frequent in the morning and evening and is relieved during the day.

(ii) The expectoration is mostly white sticky sputum or white foamy sputum, with more sputum in the morning and evening. When combined with infection, the amount of sputum increases and becomes mucopurulent.

(III) Wheezing: Some patients may experience bronchospasm, causing wheezing, which usually occurs during the acute phase. (IV) In the early stage of the disease, there may be no abnormal signs or only coarse breath sounds. As the disease progresses, dry and wet rales may be heard in the lungs. During the acute attack period, the number of dry and wet rales increases significantly, and the rales may decrease after coughing and expectoration. Wheezing may be heard in chronic bronchitis

The above is my opinion on this issue. If the child has the above problems, the child needs to pay attention to take appropriate methods for treatment in time, so as to ensure the child’s physical safety and avoid dangerous situations caused by the above problems. Finally, I wish the child a speedy recovery.
