How to play:

1. When the baby is awake, let the baby lie on his back on a hard bed with a mattress, and sing nursery rhymes or play music for the baby. Don't play music for too long, generally 3-5 minutes is enough to prevent your baby from getting tired.

2. Gently move your baby's arms and legs to the rhythm of the song to make your baby feel comfortable and happy. If your baby is nervous or irritable, you can temporarily stop doing exercises and do skin massage instead to help him adapt.

3. Then do upper limb exercises. The mother holds the baby's hands and does "up, down, in, out, elbow flexion, elbow extension", just like letting the baby paddling. The mother sang a nursery rhyme while doing the actions. The rhyme was "I am a little rower": Row, row, row, I am a little rower, taking my mother out for a ride. Row, row, row! I am a little rower, and I row the little boat very fast.

4. The mother then holds the baby's feet and helps him do the "up, down, inward, outward, closing, bending the knees, and straightening" movements one after another, just like letting the baby ride a bicycle. The accompanying nursery rhyme is "I'll ride a bicycle": Pedal, pedal, pedal, I'm a little racing driver, taking my mother to compete. Pedal, pedal, pedal, I am a little racing driver, and I pedal the bicycle very fast.

5. Then use your palms to massage both sides of the baby's body, then let the baby lie prone and massage the back again. Finish this game before giving your baby a bath. You can play passive limb games for a while or more when changing your baby's diaper or dressing him after bathing.
