Many children are always sick, which makes their parents very sad. Seeing their children sick and in pain while they cannot take their place always makes them feel very distressed. Sometimes they have to watch their children receive infusions, injections and take all kinds of medicines, which makes them feel very uncomfortable. In order to prevent their children from getting sick less or not getting sick, many parents are always thinking about how to improve children's immunity and minimize the chances of their children getting sick.


Improving children's immunity can be achieved through the following aspects:

1. Strengthen exercise and enhance physical fitness: Improve physical fitness through sunbathing, air bathing and water bathing. Exercise should be gradual, from simple to complex, and gradually increase the intensity. Bathing can promote blood circulation in the skin, promote metabolism, and enhance the physical fitness of children. Of course, the weather in winter is relatively dry, and bathing every day will make the baby's skin drier. Bathing twice a week is enough.

2. Children should be dressed appropriately. Adults should not dress children based on their subjective wishes. For example, if you are afraid of cold, you should dress your children too much. If you are afraid of heat, you should dress your children too little. This is very inappropriate. Some parents always dress their children too much because they are afraid of catching a cold. Children sweat a lot after activities, and they are more likely to catch a cold if they cannot change their clothes in time. Dress children in a way that they do not sweat and keep their hands and feet warm.

3. Reasonable feeding. Try to breastfeed during infancy, because secretory immunoglobulin A (SIgA) in breast milk can enhance the infant's respiratory resistance. And add complementary food in time, follow the principle of adding complementary food, and add it step by step to achieve balanced nutrition.

4. Keep the indoor air fresh and open windows frequently for ventilation. Open windows at least twice a day for 20 minutes each time to reduce the chance of respiratory infection. The indoor temperature and humidity should be appropriate, with the room temperature maintained at around 20 degrees and the humidity at 50%-60%.

5. Avoid going to public places, especially during the cold epidemic. Try to avoid taking your children to crowded public places, such as shopping malls, supermarkets, etc., and don't visit patients' homes to avoid cross infection.

6. Avoid contact with patients with influenza: If your family members have a cold, please isolate them.

In fact, there are many aspects to improving children's immunity. It cannot be improved overnight. There is a lot of knowledge in taking care of children. Don't keep your children in the house all day for fear that they will get sick. Take your children to do more outdoor sports and pay attention to balanced nutrition.
