Ways to enhance children's immunity

Nowadays, most families have one or two children. Children are the apple of their parents’ eyes. However, many children are very picky eaters, which causes their resistance to drop. So, what are some ways to enhance children’s resistance? Parents can improve their children's resistance and immunity by letting them eat a balanced diet and increase physical exercise. 1. Get enough sleep

Poor sleep can reduce the number of T cells in the body that are responsible for fighting viruses and tumors, thereby increasing the chance of getting sick. Experts recommend that growing children need 8 to 10 hours of sleep per day.

2. Provide adequate nutrition

Babies are in a continuous growth and development stage and require relatively more nutrients. However, since the digestive function is not fully mature and the diet is often monotonous, nutrient deficiencies are easy to occur; if there is insufficient nutrition, the resistance will be relatively poor. According to current research, mild deficiency of milk immune protein and vitamin C is a common cause of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children. Therefore, eating more foods rich in milk immune protein and fresh colorful vegetables and fruits containing vitamin C or supplementing with some multivitamin preparations can indeed effectively increase children's resistance.

3. Do some physical exercise

This is an important aspect of strengthening your physical fitness. Exercise should start from an early age. After a month, children can lie outside for a while in the summer and open the windows to breathe fresh air in the winter. They should not wear too many clothes. Teach your children to adapt to colder environments from an early age so that they will be less likely to catch a cold when the climate changes.

A reasonable diet and effective physical exercise are the key to increasing children's resistance. I hope parents will not feel stressed. As long as they take good care of their children in daily life and have a balanced diet, their children can have a healthy life.
