The main symptoms of pediatric synovitis are: degenerative lesions in the joints, patients often feel limited mobility, joint pain when going up and down stairs, fear of exerting force, fear of squatting, stiff joints and inability to walk when standing up after sitting for a long time, and empty steps. In severe cases, joints are swollen, accumulating water, and deformed, and even lower limbs are paralyzed.

Self-diagnosis based on the symptoms of synovitis:

Symptoms of first-degree synovitis: mainly joint pain, no obvious joint swelling or accompanied by mild swelling, creaking sound when walking, joint pain or discomfort when going up and down stairs or exerting force; cannot walk for a long time, the joints feel hot and stiff when walking for a long time, and the pain is aggravated.
