Reasons why children's vision declines rapidly

Nowadays, many primary school students wear a pair of large-rimmed glasses on their noses, which seems funny. But have you ever thought about it, according to common sense, how can such young children have such poor eyesight? What causes this phenomenon? This series of problems are related to the future health of children, so parents should pay attention to them.

Reason 1: Improper lighting intensity

"Is the light bright enough? I'm worried that it's too dim and will affect my child's eyesight." This is what we usually think. In fact, the light for children to read and write nowadays is not too dim, but too bright! Too strong light can easily make children's eyes feel tired. What children need is soft light, and make sure the light comes from the child's left front.

Reason 2: Wearing glasses too casually

If you go to any optical shop to get glasses, the eyesight test will be inaccurate, the degree will not be standard, and the quality will not be up to standard. -This will easily cause eye fatigue and myopia.

Reason 3: Indoor games are the main focus

What did we play in the past? Spinning tops, throwing sandbags, hide-and-seek, rolling hoops... In short, most of them were outdoor group activities. Nowadays, for reasons of safety and convenience, parents mostly let their children play at home. Even if you make an appointment with your children to play together, either go to their house or your house, and indoor games are still the main focus. In this way, children use their eyes at close range, which puts a heavy burden on their eyes.

Reason 4: Too much close-up

In the city, people's line of sight is within 5 meters most of the time. You can't explain to your children what the horizon is because they can't see it at all! It is precisely because the field of vision in the city is narrow and there is a lack of environment that can provide children with a far view, so there is no need for farsightedness. Therefore, his farsightedness function will become weaker and weaker.

There are four basic reasons for children's vision loss. After reading carefully, you will find that these four reasons are not caused by diseases, but are caused by children's bad living habits. Although children are the hope of the family, family members should not spoil their children too much. It is the responsibility of every parent to help children develop good living habits.
