What to do if your child has autism

What to do if your child has autism

In our lives, many children suffer from autism. Inferiority complex, also known as autism, is a neurological disease that affects children's social skills, communication skills, etc. The cause of autism in our lives is still unclear. Most people believe that this disease is caused by the environment. Therefore, in order for our children to grow up healthily, we must solve their autism problems in a timely manner. So what should we do if our children have autism? Let’s take a look at the following introduction.

There are many ways to treat children with autism. We can choose to use diet therapy to treat it. This will not only help children solve the problem of autism, but also provide children with timely nutrition, so that our children can have a better and brighter tomorrow.

1. Foods that are not suitable for eating:

1. Salicylate foods. Foods with high salicylic acid content have adverse effects on autistic patients. Because salicylic acid has serious negative effects on the human gastrointestinal tract, it will lead to increased permeability of the digestive tract. These foods include oranges, tangerines, grapefruits, lemons, tomatoes, etc. It is worth reminding parents that aspirin also contains a large amount of salicylic acid. Therefore, parents should not only avoid feeding their children this type of food, but also try not to use aspirin when their children have a cold or fever.

2. Cereal foods. When we say cereal foods, we mainly refer to foods made from barley, oats and rye, and do not include foods we often eat, such as rice and potatoes. Therefore, parents of children with autism should try to avoid feeding their children foods such as black bread, oatmeal, and pasta (such as steamed buns, dumplings, and biscuits).

3. Foods containing pigments. Sulfate has a very important effect on the digestive function of the human body. If there is a lack of sulfate in the human gastrointestinal tract, the permeability of the digestive tract will increase, titanium with opium activity will easily enter the blood, and the symptoms of autistic patients will become worse. Therefore, any food that requires the use of sulfates during digestion is not conducive to the improvement of an autistic person. Whether natural or synthetic, pigmented foods require sulfate when digested in the human body. These foods include chocolate, orange juice, colored bubble gum, etc. Therefore, these foods should be avoided as much as possible for children.

4. Casein foods. Since autistic children cannot completely break down the casein in milk, this causes an increase in short titanium chains with opium activity in the digestive tract, which affects their symptoms. Therefore, it is beneficial for autistic children to control them from eating or eating as little dairy products as possible. In addition, foods such as eggs, fresh milk cakes, cheese, ice cream, yogurt, etc. are also rich in casein. Parents should control their children's intake of these foods. It is worth mentioning that since milk is rich in nutrients, parents should pay attention to supplementing various substitutes, such as soy milk or vegetables, while controlling these foods.

This is all we have to say about what to do if your child has autism. I hope this will be helpful to parents and friends. There are many kinds of food that autistic patients can choose from. Children can often eat some whole grains and green leafy vegetables. Such food is of great help to our children's health, can strengthen our children's body system, and provide our children with more comprehensive vitamins and nutrition, so that our children can live a normal life in time.
