What to do if a child gets angry after drinking milk powder

Generally speaking, babies who drink milk powder are more likely to get inflamed than babies who are breastfed. This is mainly because milk powder is drier and not as natural as breast milk. Therefore, children who drink milk powder are prone to getting inflamed and constipated. At least this is a very common thing. For children with more serious conditions, parents may even give them laxatives and bowel-lubricating drugs to treat and relieve the condition. You also need to pay attention when choosing milk powder.

Poor quality milk powder will have poor solubility, resulting in precipitation, sticking to the wall, clumping, and even the formation of milk lumps, which are one of the main reasons for poor absorption, inflammation, and even constipation in babies.

The solubility of a solid substance refers to the number of grams of a substance that dissolves in 100 grams of solvent when it reaches saturation at a certain temperature. It is represented by the letter s and its unit is "grams/100 grams of water". Unless otherwise specified, solubility usually refers to the solubility of the substance in water.

There are many factors that affect the solubility of milk powder. Oversaturation or insufficient shaking is one of the reasons. The blending must be done strictly according to the ratio.

The degree of dissolution of milk powder can be determined by testing. Generally speaking, use warm water at 40 to 60 degrees, add a certain amount of water to the bottle, put a few spoonfuls of milk powder in to dissolve, shake well, then add some water, and shake again until the milk is completely dissolved.

Think about some poor quality milk powder, the solubility will be poor, there will be precipitation, and even milk lumps will be produced.

Milk powder with good absorption should be able to show good diffusion very quickly in terms of its mixing properties (that is, it can dissolve quickly and thoroughly). Therefore, the solubility basically reflects the degree of protein denaturation during the production process of milk powder. Denatured protein will reduce solubility (such as sticking to the wall during mixing), which is not conducive to baby's absorption. The main reasons are technical problems such as raw milk, processing heat treatment, equipment, poor atomization effect during spray drying, large particles that are difficult to dry, and problems with milk powder transportation and storage.

Therefore, special attention should be paid to whether there are deformed proteins sticking to the wall or clumping when mixing the milk powder. They are likely to be one of the main reasons for poor absorption, inflammation and even constipation in babies.
