The breakfast of a three-year-old baby can be very rich. Here are some breakfast recipes for babies.

1. Nut and black sesame porridge

Ingredients: cooked black sesame seeds, peanut kernels, walnut kernels, pine nuts, peach kernels and other nuts (can be added according to preference), rock sugar, 200 ml milk.

Method: Pour black sesame seeds and all nuts into a blender and blend into nut and black sesame crumbs. Add nuts, black sesame seeds, milk and a small amount of rice to water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, until thick, then add rock sugar.

2. Swiss potato pancakes

Ingredients: potatoes, butter, onions, salt, pepper, etc.

Method: Peel the potatoes, grate them into shreds, add salt and pepper, and mix in a small amount of starch. Heat a frying pan, add butter and melt it, spread the potato shreds mixed above into the pan to make a pancake shape, top with onions (optional), fry over low heat until golden brown; turn over and fry the other side until golden brown. You can sprinkle chopped coriander on top before serving if you like. Serve with ketchup.

3. Garlic Bread

Ingredients: French baguette or bread slices, garlic, butter, chopped dried parsley (can be replaced with green onions).

Method: Cut the French baguette diagonally into thick slices, peel, wash and mash the garlic, soften the butter at room temperature or melt it in the microwave, then add salt, minced garlic and chopped dried coriander (or chopped green onion) and mix well to make a butter pesto sauce. Spread the pesto butter evenly over the bread and toast in the oven for 3 minutes.

4. Cucumber salad

Ingredients: 1/2 cucumber, 4 orange slices, 2 spoons of chopped ham, 2 spoons of raisins, 2 spoons of salad dressing, and a little salt.

Method: First wash the cucumber, peel it and cut it into small slices, then soak the raisins in boiling water and wash them clean. Peel and seed the washed oranges, then chop them into small pieces. Steam the ham for 10 minutes, take it out and cut it into small cubes. Then put the processed cucumber, softened raisins, crushed orange segments and ham into a small bowl, add salad dressing and a little salt, mix well and serve.
