Ingredients: 500g Japanese tofu, 100g fresh shrimp, 30g green beans, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, starch, water

Method: 1. 2 bags of Japanese tofu, about 15 fresh shrimps, clean them, remove the sand and shell, a few green beans

2. Use a knife to cut the tofu in the middle (there are dotted lines on the outside of the package, follow the instructions). After dividing it into two sections, lift the bottom of the package, gently place the tofu on the chopping board, and cut it into 1 cm thick slices.

3. Place the cut Japanese tofu evenly on the plate and place a shrimp on each surface of the tofu.

4. Add green beans, sprinkle a little salt, and prepare to steam.

5. Steam for three to five minutes after the pot is boiled to keep the tofu and shrimp fresh and tender.

6. Pour the steamed water into a bowl and add a little starch to mix evenly.

8. Pour the sauce into a small bowl and pour it over the steamed shrimp.

3. How to eat shrimp for babies from ten months to one year old - Baby shrimp and vegetable noodle soup

Ingredients: shrimp, longxu noodles, choy sum, vegetable oil, broth

Method: 1. Blanch the shrimps in boiling water, pick them up, and chop them into very small pieces to make it easier for the baby to eat and swallow;

2. Blanch the choy sum in boiling water, pick it up, chop it, and set it aside;

3. Boil the water slightly, cut the noodles into even and short pieces, put them into boiling water and cook until cooked, then take them out;

4. Pour the broth into the pot and bring it to a slight boil. Then put the chopped shrimp, Chinese cabbage, and noodles into the broth. Add a little vegetable oil and cook together. Boil it over high heat first, then simmer for a while over low heat. Turn off the heat, pour into a bowl, let it cool slightly, and then feed it.
