Why does drinking milk powder cause internal heat?

Why does drinking milk powder cause internal heat?

Some children grew up drinking milk powder when they were young. We will find that children who grew up drinking milk powder are particularly prone to getting angry, because the milk powder corresponding to the different growth stages of children is different. It is possible that the nutrition in the milk powder is too much, and it is difficult for the child to absorb it, which can easily cause the body to have strong fire power, which will cause the child to have dry stools. So why does drinking milk powder cause getting angry?

1. Improper method of preparing milk powder causes the baby to get angry

Improper water temperature for mixing. Each can of milk powder is clearly marked with the required water temperature, which is generally around 40°C. Too high water temperature will destroy the nutrients in the milk powder, such as vitamins C and B, causing the baby to be malnourished; at the same time, it will cause the protein to denature and become inactive, making it unable to be digested and absorbed, leading to indigestion and getting angry.

2. Improper order of preparing milk powder

The normal sequence for preparing infant formula is to add the formula to warm water. If you pour the milk powder into the bottle first and then mix it with warm water, this will cause the milk powder to be unevenly moistened, lumps to form and not fully dissolved. The brewed milk is difficult for the baby to digest, leading to indigestion and internal heat.

3. Improper proportion of milk powder

If the milk is too concentrated, it will increase the burden on the baby's intestines and kidneys, leading to digestive disorders, constipation, and getting angry; if the milk is too dilute, the baby is prone to nutritional deficiencies, resulting in small size, emaciation, etc. Babies are constipated because their stools are too hard, which is caused by insoluble substances in the stool. These insoluble substances mainly come from palmitic acid and stearic acid that cannot be absorbed in the intestines and combine with calcium to form calcium soap.
