How to treat children's constant nosebleeds

How to treat children's constant nosebleeds

A child's body gradually improves during the process of growth. Sometimes children do not pay attention to personal hygiene, and they are very naughty and prone to bumps and bruises. When a child's nose is stimulated by external factors, it often leads to nosebleeds. When a child has a nosebleed, appropriate treatment should be given according to the specific cause. If a child often has nosebleeds, appropriate diet therapy can be used.

Method 1

Some children are ignorant and like to pick their noses with their hands or foreign objects, which causes the capillaries in the nostrils to rupture and bleed. Parents should let their children correct the bad habit of picking their noses with their fingers and apply hot compresses to their children's noses with a hot towel more often.

Method 2

If your child often has nosebleeds in the summer, it is very likely related to using air conditioning. Too much air conditioning will cause the nasal cavity to become too dry and cause nosebleeds. So, you can’t turn on the air conditioner all night.

Method 3

Parents should not feed their children a lot of so-called tonic foods just because they want their children to grow taller quickly. Children already have strong yang energy, and if they eat too many tonic foods, it will lead to excessive qi and blood and cause nosebleeds.

Method 4

Some parents like to eat heavy-tasting food, such as very spicy or salty food. If the children eat the same food, they will get a sore throat or even have a nosebleed. Parents do not want their children to eat heavy-tasting food to avoid getting a sore throat.

Method 5

Check whether the child has any nasal injury caused by external objects, and treat nasal injuries in time. If your child often has a runny nose and a stuffy nose, it proves that the child has chronic rhinitis and should be actively treated.

Method 6

If your child suddenly and frequently has nosebleeds for no apparent reason, you must take him to the hospital for a thorough examination in time. Do not be careless. There may be a problem with the platelets in the child's body. Listen to the doctor's advice and seek timely treatment.
