Why does the child cry when waking up?

Why does the child cry when waking up?

For babies, crying has become a habit. They cry when they eat, cry when they sleep, and cry when they wake up. This makes many parents very worried. In fact, there are many ways to solve the problem of a baby crying. After all, babies cannot speak and can only express any problems by crying. So, why does a child cry when he wakes up? This may mean that the baby is hungry or it is time to change the diaper!

Hungry

If your baby cries when he wakes up, it may be because he is hungry. The younger the baby, the more likely it is that he is crying because he is hungry. For breastfeeding mothers, there is no need to stick to the interval between feedings and they can let their children eat when they are hungry. For babies who are bottle-fed, you should consider increasing the amount of milk you feed appropriately and check the quality of the milk to see if too much water is added. However, when making milk, it is best to use appropriate milk powder, and you should not add too much intentionally to avoid increasing the burden on the baby's kidneys.

Excessive excitement during the day

Many babies are very active when they wake up during the day. They like to play and are often very excited. When they sleep at night, due to excessive excitement during the day, the sensory system at the end of the nerve center has been working all the time, and it cannot recover from the excited nerve cells all at once. As a result, the nerve center of the infant is still working while sleeping, so the sleep is very uneasy and there is no way to ensure high-quality sleep.

In particular, there is no way to get young children into deep sleep, which causes them to sleep poorly. When they wake up, they keep crying and are very irritable.

Need to change clothes or diapers

Babies tend to get very sensitive and fuss if their clothes are too tight or their diapers are dirty. Some babies will let you know right away if they need a diaper change, especially if their skin is irritated. But there are also babies who don’t seem to care if their diapers are dirty, and they even feel warm and comfortable.

Tip: No matter which type your baby is, it is easy to check whether the diaper is dirty. You can also take the opportunity to find out whether the diaper is too tight or whether the baby's clothes make him feel uncomfortable.

Be frightened

If the baby plays exciting activities or games with his parents, he will inevitably be frightened, which will cause him to sleep uneasily and eventually wake up crying.

Tips: When you go out in the future, try to choose quiet and leisurely activities for entertainment, and do not let young children play too late, causing them to be frightened.
