Normal temperature is enough. Mothers should touch the baby's feet frequently with their hands. The baby's development is still immature, so its daily diet is particularly important. They can eat more minced meat porridge, fish porridge, egg drop porridge, pork liver porridge, banana potato paste, etc.

1. Is it better for babies to have cool or warm feet?

Because the infant's nervous system is immature, especially the autonomic nervous system is immature, they cannot control the contraction and expansion of small blood vessels well. In addition, the amount of blood in the limbs of infants and young children is less than that in the internal organs, and the limbs are insufficiently supplied with blood, so they will have cold hands and feet. Mothers can observe whether their children are really cold by the following methods: breastfeeding mothers can feel the child's mouth through the nipple while the baby is feeding, and they can also touch the child's forehead and armpits to feel the temperature of the child to feel whether the child is cold, and then decide whether to add clothes.

2. Common baby porridge

① Minced meat porridge

Wash the lean pork, chop it with a knife or put it into a meat grinder and grind it twice, add wine to remove the fishy smell, stir-fry it, put it into the thick porridge, and then add salt and it is ready to eat.

② Fish porridge

Wash and remove the internal organs of fish (such as herring, hairtail, eel, etc.), steam the whole fish and remove the bones, grind the fish meat and mix it into the porridge, add appropriate amount of salt, green onion, and a little wine, and it will become fish porridge.

③ Egg Drop Porridge

Crack an egg and put it into the cooked porridge, stir while cooking, add salt and cooking oil when it boils.

④ Pork liver porridge

Wash the pork liver and cut it horizontally with a knife, then take out the muddy substance on the cut surface, add wine and salt and put it into the porridge to cook thoroughly. Finally, all the above-mentioned porridges should be added with vegetable paste and soy products and cooked before eating.

⑤ Banana potato paste

1/2 banana, 1 egg, 1/4 potato, and appropriate amount of milk.

Method:

Peel and dice the potatoes, steam them for 20 minutes, and mash them into puree.

Boil the eggs, peel them, take out 1/4 of the egg yolk and mash them into paste.

Peel the bananas and mash them into puree.

Mix the egg yolk puree, potato puree and banana puree, then add milk and mix well.

※ You can also use papaya or pear instead of potato to create a different flavor.

⑥ Flowery Tofu

raw material:

50 grams of tofu, 10 grams of green vegetable leaves, 1 cooked egg yolk, 10 grams of starch, a little salt and onion and ginger water.

Production:

1. Boil the tofu, put it into a bowl and grind it; wash the green vegetable leaves, blanch them in boiling water, chop them and put them in a bowl, add starch, salt, onion and ginger water and mix well.

2. Make the tofu paste into cubes, grind the egg yolk and sprinkle a layer on the surface of the tofu paste. Put it in a steamer and steam it over medium heat for 10 minutes before feeding.

3. The dishes should not be too salty to facilitate eating by babies.
