It should mainly be obtained from animal liver, egg yolk, lean meat, green leafy vegetables and beans. Zinc can increase appetite and promote baby's growth and development. It is found in high concentrations in animal offal, peanuts, bananas and beans. 10 mg should be consumed daily. Iodine is also a very important nutrient necessary for the baby's growth and development. It is closely related to the baby's intellectual development and physical development. 5. Vitamins. Its function is to maintain normal physiological functions and growth and development. 6. Water. It is one of the most important components of the human body, maintaining metabolism and temperature regulation. Babies at this stage should supplement 125-150 ml of water per kilogram of body weight per day.
