1. Goal

The purpose of making a plan is to use black and white to monitor and check your own learning situation. In the first and second year of junior high school, the focus should be on textbooks and classes. Although the college entrance examination emphasizes reducing the emphasis on textbooks, the shadow of textbooks is everywhere. It is not enough to only have time and subjects on a plan. At the very least, there should be specific chapter arrangements, including which exercises to do and which notes to read. Only in this way can the advantages of the plan be truly brought into play. The so-called "real" means that it must be in line with your actual situation. It can be slightly higher, but it must not be too high or too low. If the goal is too low, the plan will be loose and it will be worse than having no plan at all. However, most people may tend to set the goal too high. They may be able to persist at the beginning, but will soon give up. If you always make plans that are too high and too tight and often fail to complete them, you will lose confidence in making plans over time. A good plan does not depend on how high its starting point is, but on whether it can help you complete your learning tasks better and make the best use of your abilities.

① It must be emphasized that plans must be made according to your own characteristics. You cannot copy other people's plans. The methods others tell you can only serve as a signpost at most and it is difficult to fully apply. The most useful thing is to try it yourself and find your own complete method.

② Making a plan is just a means. Never make a plan just for the sake of making a plan. As long as the plan can achieve the goal, it is a good plan. No matter when, making plans is only for completing certain learning tasks. .

③ Students who are just starting to make plans may not be able to grasp the scale of difficulty well. It is natural to make plans that are too high or too low. As long as they continue to adjust and improve, they will soon adapt to this method.

④ Any study plan will inevitably encounter some difficulties when it is first implemented, but you should know that the effort to implement this plan is worth it. Being able to adapt to this plan is an important step to ensure your success in distance learning and future career.

⑤ "Persistence" is the most difficult part in the implementation of a plan. Due to lack of perseverance and persistence, it is easy to start well but end badly. However, learning is a long process and today’s efforts may not be rewarded tomorrow. It is the accumulation of quantity that leads to a qualitative leap. Giving up halfway is the biggest waste of time and energy, and it greatly shakes one's self-confidence.
