The environment, equipment, venues, large toys, buildings, and water, electricity, and heating equipment in the kindergarten must be inspected and maintained in a timely manner. If unsafe factors are discovered, preventive measures must be taken as soon as possible.

When organizing group activities, there must be leadership and planning (especially outdoor activities) to ensure that all children are within their sight (individual children should not be allowed to leave the group to do things for adults, and individual children should not be left alone indoors to prevent accidents). Safety checks should be carried out before organizing activities. For example, the venue should be checked for sports activities, the surrounding environment should be observed when going out for walks and visits, and the placement of furniture should be paid attention to when organizing indoor activities. It is forbidden to organize more intense sports activities such as running and jumping indoors, and children should be taught not to run around or make loud noises in the activity room.
