What to do if your baby has head lice

Lice are parasites that usually live in dirty places. Lice were more common in the last century. In the last century, due to the limitations of living conditions, many people could not clean their bodies regularly. So many people have lice on their bodies. But living conditions are better now, so lice are a rare infectious organism. Let’s take a look at what to do if your baby has head lice.

In this case, it is best to cut the child's hair short first, and then kill the lice. It is recommended to use traditional Chinese medicine for treatment. Place 50 grams of the traditional Chinese medicine Stemona in 250 ml of 75% medical alcohol, soak for 24 hours, take the supernatant and use it. After washing your hair, apply the Stemona tincture evenly on the hair and scalp, wait for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with clean water. Use it 3-5 times in succession, and then disinfect the used towels, clothes, etc. and dry them in the sun to avoid residual lice. For head lice, apply 50% Stemona tincture all over the scalp and hair, once every 2 days, and wash your hair with plenty of hot water and soap on the 3rd day. Use a comb to remove lice and their eggs. You can also mix equal amounts of kerosene and vegetable oil, apply it to the scalp, and wrap it with a hot towel, once a night.

It is recommended that in such cases, sulfur ointment should be applied in conjunction with the treatment to facilitate recovery. The hair needs to be cut short so that the symptoms will subside more obviously. Clean and apply the ointment on time for treatment. In the future, you need to keep clean and hygienic. It is best to shave the hair and then apply the ointment for treatment. The bedding, underwear and underwear need to be washed with boiling water for treatment.

Head lice often grow on hair, so as long as the hair is removed, the eggs and lice will have no space to survive. If a child or a man has head lice, shaving the head is the most effective way to get rid of lice. However, most girls are probably unwilling to take this approach for the sake of their image. If you don't want to shave your head, then you have no choice but to take lice-killing measures. Even if you don't shave your head, at least cut your hair short and comb it thin so that it is easier to clean and remove lice. Then wash your hair with sulfur soap twice a day for a period of time, usually a few days, and you can completely kill head lice.
