MRI can provide a comprehensive view and also reveal some more subtle problems. However, if the condition is urgent and the symptoms are severe, and an MRI is not possible, or some hospitals do not provide night MRI examinations, then a CT scan must be done. Do not delay the treatment due to fear of radiation. CT scans can mainly detect bleeding. If there is no bleeding, there is no need to worry too much. Therefore, CT can provide rapid diagnosis and is also a very good examination. If there is no bleeding or other problems, such as broken bones, you can go home and observe the situation. If some problems arise, treatment will be determined based on the specific circumstances.
