Six years old is the critical period for children to develop from toddlers to teenagers. 1. This child's condition is growing pains. Some children will be calcium deficient during this period, but calcium supplementation is not very helpful in relieving growing pains. Because the cause of growing pains is not bones, but soft tissue fatigue. The most important thing is to rest in time. If there is discomfort in the knee or calf, do not force your child to do more exercise. Soak your child’s feet and calves in hot water every night before going to bed. However, when the child is not tired, he should be encouraged to move more, exercise muscle strength, and promote the natural correction of tibial deformity. When the pain is severe, local massage, painkillers, and vitamin C can be taken in appropriate amounts. With proper rest, exercise, massage, and symptomatic drug treatment, children's growing pains will heal quickly without causing any sequelae or affecting their normal growth and development.

The child's bones grow too fast, but the surrounding ligaments cannot grow long enough, so it will be painful. Apply hot water to the area before going to bed at night to supplement calcium. Food supplements are better. If you have been taking calcium tablets and still have this problem, it is probably because you cannot digest and absorb calcium. Calcium requires vitamin D. In fact, food contains high levels of calcium, but without vitamin D, it cannot be absorbed into the body. Children are prone to calcium deficiency in winter because of insufficient sunlight and the lack of vitamin D, and can only supplement calcium. So generally speaking, if you are calcium deficient, eating some cod liver oil can relieve the problem. Even if you don't take calcium tablets, it will be fine because it can promote the absorption of calcium in food. When spring comes, you can bask in the sun, buy some live shrimps, fry them, and eat them with the skin and meat. This is definitely the best way to supplement calcium, and you only need to eat it once a week.

3. This may be caused by the child’s excessive exercise during the day or whether he has suffered trauma. It is recommended to remind children to combine work and rest during the day, and to use knee pads to protect their knees. In addition, knee pain accompanied by effusion is more likely to be knee synovitis, which requires further examination to confirm. It is recommended to apply hot compresses more often. If the pain is obvious, you can take ibuprofen, avoid catching cold, rest more, walk less, and massage yourself.
