How to correct a boy's hunchback

How to correct a boy's hunchback

Hunchback is mainly a phenomenon of abnormal bone development. Many people suffer from hunchback due to incorrect posture in childhood, while others are due to congenital maternal reasons. So how can children adjust the hunchback phenomenon? Since children's bones are not fully developed and have strong plasticity, adjustments can be made for children with hunchbacks or those who do not yet have hunchbacks. So how should children's hunchbacks be adjusted? Let’s take a look at what we should do.

Children's hunchback has early signs

When a child has a slight hunchback, is restless, has difficulty concentrating, is hyperactive, and has a loss of appetite, it means that there may be a problem with the spine. If it is not corrected and treated in time, the child will eventually become hunchbacked. If left unchecked for a long time, it will affect the normal development of cardiopulmonary function and other body functions.

Children between the ages of 6 and 12 are most likely to have hunchbacks. Paying attention during this period can effectively prevent hunchbacks. However, once children have formed the habit, it will be difficult to correct it.

Correction method

1. In daily life, parents can let students carry backpacks, but they should pay attention to carry the backpack as upwards as possible, close to the top of the back.

2. Radio gymnastics and bodybuilding can effectively correct children's hunchback.

3. Exercise is the best way to prevent hunchback. Teenagers are not physically strong and their muscles are not well developed, so they need to strengthen the training of the waist and back muscles to make these muscles strong and powerful and not easily fatigued. Walking, running, swimming, cycling and aerobics are all good exercises.

4. When sleeping, you should also pay attention to choosing a suitable mattress, preferably a professional children's mattress. You should choose the mattress according to the child's age, height, weight, etc., and the mattress should not be too soft or too hard, as this will affect the adolescent's spinal development.

5. In addition, preventing hunchback also requires comprehensive supplementation of nutrients needed by bones and improving bone circulation to reduce the effects of lack of exercise and poor sitting posture.
