What defects do left-behind children have when they grow up?

Left-behind children have become a very important social problem. In some underdeveloped provinces such as Yunnan, Guizhou, and Guangxi, many parents leave their children in their hometown to be raised by their grandparents in order to go out to work and earn money. Such children are deprived of their parents' company for a long time, so they will have some mental problems. For example, the children may lack a sense of security, and such children will have some psychological defects when they grow up.

Disadvantages of left-behind children when they grow up:

Extreme lack of security: Because mom and dad are not with the children when they are young, they do not create enough sense of security for the children, causing the children to be extremely insecure! This state will follow the child throughout his life. Maybe as time goes by, the child's situation will get a little better, but when the child encounters some difficulties or setbacks, this situation will erupt. Each child's situation is different, and the manifestation of lack of security is also different. Some children show deep inferiority, and some children show extreme rebelliousness. The main cause of these behaviors is lack of security!

Precocity: Another very obvious characteristic of left-behind children is that they mature early. Because they live with their grandparents for a long time, they cannot act like a spoiled child in front of their parents. Instead, they feel a sense of alienation. Moreover, the grandparents of left-behind children are generally older and need care as well. They certainly will not take care of the children meticulously, nor will they pay attention to the children's psychological problems. As long as the children are well fed and warmly clothed, that's enough. In this environment, children have to grow up quickly. Therefore, for left-behind children, they lack childhood happiness and do not have too many happy memories!

Indifference towards parents’ feelings: It is understandable that one is indifferent towards parents’ feelings, because one has not grown up with his or her parents. Although one knows that they are one’s father and mother and they are related by blood, they are just two relatively strangers! So when parents want to communicate their feelings with their children, the children actually reject it in their hearts! This indifference to emotions will take root in the child's psychology, and will occur in various aspects of dealing with emotions when the child grows up! This is also the reason why some children rebel.

Left-behind children need to be given enough attention. Since you choose to give birth to children, you must be responsible for them. It is not only necessary to ensure their physical health, but also to pay attention to their mental health! If conditions permit, it is recommended that you keep your children by your side, as this is the best love for your children.
