What should I do if my child has poor stamina?

The physical health of children is very important and plays a fundamental role in their future life. Because children are in the process of growth and development, their bodies are constantly improving their functions and cannot be affected by some adverse factors and leave marks of poor development. Therefore, it is very important to improve children's resistance. Let's take a look at what to do if children have poor resistance? I hope everyone can understand it.

First of all, the key to enhancing immunity is for the baby to get enough rest, that is, to sleep well. Children must go to bed before 9pm every day. They should not drink too much water before going to bed to avoid putting pressure on their kidneys and preventing them from sleeping well if they get up at night. Let your child sleep through the night. After lunch, I play for a while and then take a nap. The nap usually lasts about two hours. Children who get a good night's sleep usually have stronger resistance and it also helps them grow taller.

Food: Children’s daily food is also very important. If they don’t eat properly, they will easily get sick. There is a saying that illness comes from the mouth. For example, often feed children snacks and some puffed foods. This can easily cause children to get angry, and if there is fire in the child's body and then the child gets a little cold, he or she will easily get sick. Eating some snacks can not only cause internal heat but also easily lead to other diseases. Moreover, if you eat snacks, you will not be able to eat properly, which will affect the nutritional value of the food entering your body. Three meals a day, a combination of meat and vegetables, nutritiously balanced, plus two snacks with milk, fruit, etc. Don’t eat too much at each meal, just eat until you are 70% to 80% full. Eating too much can easily cause indigestion and food accumulation. Only by eating well can you ensure nutrition and have a healthy body.

Water: Then come the water. Drink more water every day. If you don’t drink enough water, you will easily get a sore throat and upper respiratory tract infection. Drink more water to expel germs in time. You can give your children bone soup frequently, which can supplement calcium and enhance immunity.

Dressing: There is a saying that if you want your child to be protected from hunger and cold, you must keep him from getting too hungry or too cold. You should wear one less piece than adults to keep yourself cool. But it can’t be too cold, or you’ll catch a cold easily. Wear pure cotton clothes with good breathability, because children sweat easily, and non-breathable clothes will be very uncomfortable and make them sweat. You should also take a shower and change clothes frequently.
