Is acne on a girl's forehead a sign of precocious puberty?

38. Acne is a facial disease that many people hate. The main victims are boys and girls entering puberty. Because they do not pay attention to facial hygiene or the facial skin secretes too much oil, these problems can easily cause acne on the face. However, some parents have found that their children have acne on their foreheads at a very young age. Many parents worry that this is a sign of their children's precocious puberty.

1. Is acne on the forehead of a 9-year-old girl a symptom of precocious puberty?

The appearance of acne on the forehead is not a sign of precocious puberty. It is mainly caused by excessive oil secretion of the skin. At present, the main thing is to pay attention to facial cleaning. You can use some oil-control facial cleansers, and use some oil-control facial creams for conditioning treatment. Try to eat less spicy food in your diet. At the same time, you can apply some Pian Zai Huang ointment topically for conditioning treatment.

3. Causes of precocious puberty

1. There are many causes of precocious puberty, which are generally divided into two categories: central (true) and peripheral (false). The incidence of central nervous system abnormalities (such as tumors) in boys is higher in precocious puberty. The incidence of central precocious puberty in girls is about 9 times that of boys. The incidence of precocious puberty in children is increasing year by year, but less than 10% of precocious puberty is caused by disease.

2.90% of children experience precocious puberty due to external factors, among which excessive light stimulation should be taken seriously, especially when children are sleeping at night. If there are no special circumstances, it is best not to turn on the lights and try to ensure adequate sleep. Excessive light exposure is one of the important reasons for inducing precocious puberty in children, because light can affect the normal functioning of the pineal gland, an endocrine organ in the brain.

3. In addition, you should also avoid prolonged light stimulation from computer screens to prevent premature puberty. Pseudo-precocious puberty is also related to exposure to exogenous sex hormones, such as giving children supplements and health products for a long time, accidentally taking contraceptives, visual stimulation, etc.
