1. Grate two potatoes, wash them with water, then beat two eggs, add green onions and coriander, add flour (depending on whether you like more or less vegetables, you can add water and flour as appropriate), make it into a thick paste, then add salt and a little five-spice powder.

2. Add oil to the pan. When it is slightly hot, use chopsticks to put some vegetable paste in. Adjust it into a round pancake shape and fry over low heat until both sides turn yellow.

Scrambled Eggs with Shredded Carrots

Children's Pasta

Material

Main ingredients: 1 tomato, 1/4 chopped onion, half chopped carrot, 1 chopped mushroom, 2 pieces of cooked pork ribs, 1 clove of chopped garlic, all the above ingredients are chopped, seasoning: 125g Hans pasta sauce, 2 spoons of tomato sauce, 2 spoons of red wine, 1 Kraft sausage cheese, half spoon of sugar, half spoon of MIX spices, 1 spoon of olive oil

1. Boil the alphabet pasta for about 15 minutes, then rinse with cold water;

2. Add oil to the pan, then stir-fry the chopped pork ribs, minced garlic, and half of the chopped onion for a while;

3. Pour in Hans pasta sauce, chopped carrots, chopped mushrooms and the remaining chopped onions and continue to stir-fry;

4. Pour in red wine

5. Salt and sugar in moderation

6. Cook the above ingredients on low heat for 15 minutes;

Tips

1. In order to save time and increase the flavor of the sauce, I added some pasta sauce bought from the supermarket. You can also use all fresh tomatoes to make authentic pasta sauce.

2. The cheese must be added last and turn off the heat after it melts slightly. The red sauce is smudged with white cheese, which is very beautiful.
