Remember, parents must not prick the blisters on the wound to prevent infection. 03 Parents must comfort their babies to prevent them from crying and refusing to cooperate with treatment. They should wait until the baby’s burn wound has cooled down, cover it with sterilized gauze to prevent bacterial infection, and then go to the hospital for treatment immediately.
