Reduce conversations and eye contact with your child; during the day, keep the room bright and filled with normal sounds to help your baby get used to taking a nap in this environment.

3. Develop good sleeping habits: When your child is sleepy but still conscious, put him in his own bed. If the child cries, the parents should go back to the child's room, gently tell him that it is time to go to bed, gently comfort and pat his back to help the baby fall asleep peacefully. Do not rock your baby to sleep in your arms. Once a habit is formed, it is difficult to change.

5. Establish a good sleeping pattern: There are many ways to help your baby fall asleep, including bathing, changing diapers, reading bedtime stories, singing lullabies, listening to familiar music, kissing the child, and saying good night. If you follow this pattern every day, your child will soon learn that it's time to go to bed.

6. Increase the amount of activity during the day and reduce excitability at night: You can let your baby be more active during the day, prolong the time of excitement, and have a certain sense of fatigue, which will help him fall asleep quickly at night. But before going to bed, the most peaceful atmosphere should be created. Do not let the baby play too happily or get too excited to reduce the child's excitement.

7. Do not easily change the sleeping environment and habits: Try not to change your daily life routine. Parents, especially mothers, should try to stay with the baby when the baby falls asleep to give him enough sense of security.

Gently stroke your baby's body and help him fall asleep again in a reassuring and comfortable environment.
