But most people worry about raising a child after giving birth. As parents, there are countless things, big and small, that we need to take care of from the time a child is born to the time he grows up and then to adulthood. Only when you give birth to a child and raise him/her yourself, will you realize that your parents also spent the same effort to raise you. So, taking care of a child is very energy-consuming.

Not only does it cost time, money, and physical strength, but it also consumes your youth. Young people nowadays dare not to have children because of the price, such as sky-high housing prices and excessively high education burden. This is a digression. There are always people willing to have children and raise them.

When a baby is just born, he or she does not know how to communicate with the parents. Communication is hindered and the baby can only cry. The parents do not know what the baby is going to do and can only guess what the baby is going to do. This is a problem that many novice parents will encounter. For such problems, experienced parents can only tell themselves that they can only guess what their children want to do.

When you know more about it, you will know what your child wants to do. Although this method is universal, it will dampen the enthusiasm of novice parents and make them feel that this is a difficult thing to do. Moreover, most new mothers mainly do these things and realize how difficult it is to raise a child. If there is no one around to share these difficulties with her, they will get tired of this over time.

After becoming a parent for the first time, I experienced the joy of having a child, but after the joy, there were many, big and small things concerning the child that I needed to worry about. In order to help these new parents, we discussed one of the small problems: coaxing children to sleep. After understanding the reasons, we proposed relevant effective methods, hoping to alleviate the worries of new parents and make them feel that taking care of children is no longer a very tiring task.

Reason: For many parents, when it is time to go to bed, their children always cry and refuse to go to sleep. No matter how their parents coax them, they will still cry. At this time, parents should pay attention. It may be that the baby's other needs are not met, and he has no way to communicate with his parents directly, so he has to rely on crying to attract the parents' attention so that his demands can be met. But at this time, parents would not think of these things. They still think that the child does not want to fall asleep, so they keep holding the child and coaxing him. This is counterproductive and will not achieve the goal of getting the child to fall asleep. By the time the children get tired of crying and fall asleep, the parents may feel as if they have lost half their life.

Measures: This incident highlights the importance of establishing a communication method with children as early as possible. Many parents have doubts about this. How can they communicate when their children are so young and can’t speak? This is indeed true, but even though we cannot communicate through language, we can communicate through body language. When feeding your child, ask him to do a body language, such as shaking hands. Then every time it is time for your child to eat, ask him to shake hands. Over time, the child will naturally shake hands when he wants to eat. In this way, you will know that the baby actually wants to eat. The same is true for other aspects of life. This way, you meet his needs and don't have to worry about when it's time to go to bed.
