Liver cancer: Take equal parts of realgar and old ginger. Take a piece of old ginger, hollow out the center, leaving half a centimeter thickness around it, fill it with realgar, seal the hole with the dug-out ginger powder, place it on old tiles, and dry it over charcoal fire for about 7 to 8 hours, until it is golden and crisp but not burnt, and it can be ground into powder when it breaks into pieces when kneaded, sieve it, put it on a general plaster, and apply it to the enlarged liver. At the same time, take internally: 12 grams of purple hu, 9 grams each of nutmeg, amomum, fructus aurantii, and areca catechu, 6 grams each of lindera stolonifera, agarwood, and costus root, grind them into fine powder, take 3 grams each time, twice a day with warm water. Until symptoms are relieved, liver enlargement is reduced, and survival time is prolonged.

Convulsions caused by excessive phlegm: 1.5g each of realgar, Arisaema consanguineum (steamed with wine), pearl (made from tofu), cinnabar, Pinellia ternata, processed White Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Bombyx batryticatus (fried with bran), mint, Uncaria rhynchophylla, and Rhizoma Cibotii, 0.6g each of musk and borneol, 1g of amber, 1.2g of bezoar, 3g each of Gastrodia elata and Saposhnikovia divaricata, and 4.5g of whole scorpion. Grind them into fine powder, mix with refined honey to make Bezoar Tranquilizing Pills, weighing 2g. Take 1 pill 1 to 3 times a day with warm water.

For tetanus spasm, grind 3 grams each of realgar and aconite and 6 grams of saposhnikovia divaricata into powder to make realgar powder. Take 3 grams each time, mixed with warm wine, and take three times a day when the body is in good condition.

3. Kill insects and treat sores, used for insect scabies
