What to do if children have low growth hormone?

Many parents find that their children are not only thinner than children of the same age, but also have a much shorter height. Why is this happening? Excluding genetic factors, the main reason why children are short is that their bodies lack certain growth hormones. Giving them some supplements at appropriate times may solve this problem. So, what exactly should parents do?

Children are in the stage of growth and development. Low growth hormone may sometimes affect their growth and development. Generally, as long as the nutrition is sufficient, there will be no big problem. Because the child is still young, all parts of the body are developing, which may lead to low growth hormone at a certain time. I remember that when I was a child, I was always called a little guy because I was too short. Now my height is also medium. If children want to grow taller, they can eat some milk, sardines, spinach, carrots, citrus, beans, walnuts, and other foods that help babies grow taller.

Steps/Methods:

1. Supplement growth hormone. Genetic recombinant human growth hormone replacement therapy has been widely used, and the treatment lasts until the epiphysis heals. The younger the age of treatment, the better the effect. The best effect is in the first year, and the growth rate gradually decreases thereafter. Thyroid hormone should be tested during treatment. If it is deficient, thyroid hormone should be added and treated at the same time.

2 Oral sex hormones. Oral sex hormones are derivatives of male hormones. They have strong anabolic effects and weak androgenic effects. They have the side effects of accelerating bone maturation and masculinization. Therefore, bone development should be closely observed.

3 Adequate sleep is an important factor in promoting human growth, because children's growth hormone secretion increases and lasts longer during sleep, and the secretion of prolactin and luteinizing hormone is also relatively vigorous, so adequate sleep is one of the factors that promote human growth.

4 Exercise can improve body function, increase the secretion of growth hormone in the body, improve the growth ability of epiphyseal cartilage cells, and promote bone growth and development.

Note:

Growth hormone is important, but don't give it to children blindly. Children are still in the growth stage for a long time. When it comes to the issue of children's height, more attention should be paid to strengthening exercise and maintaining good health. It's also okay to eat more vegetables and fruits and make bone soup. Don't use growth hormone blindly.
