What are the symptoms of attention deficit disorder?

Children's attention is very important during their growth period. Good attention is a very good thing for children. Attention deficit disorder is a relatively common manifestation of inattention. Children with attention deficit disorder are prone to hyperactivity, frequent talking, and inattention, which have a great impact on children's growth and development.

Symptoms of lack of attention

The students are distracted in class, their minds wander easily, they like to talk nonsense, and they make many small movements;

I never listen to the teacher's lectures and I can't do my homework.

Avoid work that requires constant use of the brain, and appear to dislike using the brain;

Doing homework carelessly, not being able to concentrate on reading, copying the wrong questions when doing homework, and copying the wrong answers after finishing the questions;

When you talk to him, he won't respond, and it goes in one ear and out the other.

I was very excited at the beginning, but soon I found it boring.

Symptoms of lack of attention

Poor memory, forgetfulness, absent-mindedness

Poor social skills, manifested in having no fixed friends and being unable to get along well with children of the same age.

The causes of inattention can be divided into two categories: internal and external:

1. External distractions: noise, uncomfortable chairs and tables, inappropriate lighting, TV, work, housework, the Internet.

2. Internal factors: being hungry, tired, sick, unmotivated, bored, uninterested, anxious, stressed and worried, having negative thoughts, daydreaming, not being able to control oneself, and having dyslexia.

Adequate nutrition, rest and sleep are needed to ensure concentration: a healthy and balanced diet is most important, and do not eat a large meal before studying. When you are full, you no longer have any thoughts. Sudden intake of a lot of sugar causes your blood sugar to spike suddenly, and then plummet, making you feel sleepy. High-sugar foods are suitable for physical exercise but not for mental activities. If you are greedy, you can consider fruits and dried fruits. Drink plenty of water during mental activity, especially if you are drowsy.
