Egg yolk is a very nutritious food. It is also a food with a fragrant taste and good taste. Because egg yolk is relatively soft, it is particularly suitable for making baby food. Steamed egg yolk soup is a popular complementary food among mothers. There are many ways to make steamed egg yolk soup, and different preparation methods will also bring different flavors. Method 1

Crack the eggs, use a separator to take out the egg yolk and put it into a bowl. Use chopsticks to pick out the white film on the egg yolk, and be sure to pick out all the egg white stuck on it! This step must be done carefully. (Because babies under one year old are prone to protein allergies!)

Use chopsticks to break up the egg yolks, add (bone broth) (egg yolk) in the ratio of 1.5:1 and continue to stir evenly. Cover with plastic wrap or place on a plate.

Boil water in a steamer, turn to medium-low heat and steam for 7-8 minutes. You can open the lid and shake the bowl gently during the process. If it solidifies, turn off the heat and simmer for two minutes.

Method 2

1. Prepare the ingredients: 1 egg yolk and appropriate amount of warm water.

2. Separate the egg white and yolk, leaving the egg yolk.

3. Beat the egg yolks with chopsticks.

4. Add the beaten egg yolks into warm water (it should be adding warm water into the egg yolks slowly, I did it the other way around), and stir well.

5. Use a spoon to skim off the foam.

6. If the pumpkin is being cooked in the rice cooker, just steam it in the rice cooker.

7. The egg yolk custard can be steamed in about 12 minutes.

Method 3 :

Mothers who don’t have an egg yolk separator don’t need to buy one specially. In fact, egg yolks are very easy to separate. Just take a spoon and you can separate them in no time.

Whisk the egg yolks well. Be careful not to add salt. The child is too young to eat salt.

Add 30ml of drinking water, stir, put water in the pot and steam it. If you want it to be more tender, you can add 5 to 10 ml of water.

When steaming, be sure to use low heat, otherwise the egg yolk will be overcooked.

Steam for 7 to 10 minutes, add sesame oil when cooked, then turn off the heat and you can eat! My baby loves it, it's as smooth as pudding. It looks very appetizing, and my baby really loves it!

Note : If the baby is still too young, do not add salt; if the baby has diarrhea, do not add sesame oil.
