Do this to cure children’s indigestion without taking any medicine!

Many children cannot control themselves when it comes to eating when they are young. In addition to regular meals, they also like to eat a variety of snacks. However, such uncontrolled eating can easily lead to indigestion in children. When a child has indigestion, he will not only feel uncomfortable, but his growth and development will also be affected. So, how can we relieve the symptoms of indigestion? The following methods can help your child improve without taking any medication.

Tip 1: Massage

Pinch the spine 5 to 10 times: Press the side of your index finger horizontally against the skin, and place your thumb on the skin next to it. Use two fingers to pinch the skin, moving forward.

Rub the palm of the baby's hand for 2 to 3 minutes: Rub the thenar eminence of the baby's palm with moderate force. For normal health care, massage for 2 to 3 minutes; if you are sick, massage for 3 to 5 minutes.

Perform the Inner Bagua Movement 300 times: Use the tips of your thumb, index finger or middle finger to make clockwise movements on the outer area of your baby's palm. The force should be very gentle, and it is best to feel an itchy sensation when moving across the palm.

Tonify the spleen meridian 300 times: Use the surface of your thumb to rotate clockwise on the whorl surface of the last segment of the baby's thumb. The frequency should be high, and 300 times should be completed within 2 minutes.

Press and rub Zusanli 100 to 150 times: Use the tip of your thumb to rub Zusanli. Zusanli is 3 inches (4 horizontal fingers) below the outer kneecap and 1 inch away from the tibia.

Tip 2: Diet therapy + exercise

Some mothers say that their children have indigestion, so shouldn’t they go hungry for a few meals? In fact, sometimes cooking yam rice porridge, white radish porridge, or boiling hawthorn apple water for children can help them digest food. Taking a rest after a meal and taking your children out for a walk can also promote gastrointestinal digestion.

Precautions

As the saying goes, "If you want your child to be safe, keep him one-third hungry and cold." The principle of "three-point hunger" here is to make the baby eat seven-tenths full, leaving three-tenths room, so as not to damage the stomach and intestines and cause food accumulation. Eating is a free thing. When the baby doesn’t want to eat, the mother should not force him or make him anxious about eating. Pay attention to cultivating your baby's good eating habits, eat less snacks, increase your baby's exercise, and combine it with massage techniques. I believe your baby's gastrointestinal function will get better and better.
