What is the cause of the red pimple on the baby's chin?

If a baby has some small bumps on his chin, it is generally caused by skin infection. The most common one is skin eczema. Because the baby's skin is very delicate, if the adult holds the baby without washing his hands, it may cause such allergies. In addition, in the spring, if you take the child outside without taking sun protection measures, the child may be exposed to the sun or some dust and pollen, which may easily cause skin allergies, resulting in symptoms of red bumps. If the weather is hot, wearing too many clothes may easily cause heat rash, which may also easily cause such symptoms.

1. Wear

Change your baby's clothes to pure cotton, and make them as loose, thin and soft as possible. This can reduce the irritation to the baby's skin and is very breathable. One thing to add here is that some parents like to let their babies be naked in the summer, which is actually very wrong. Although it looks cool and comfortable, it is easy to be stimulated by the adverse external environment and is also prone to heat rash.

2. Diet

At this time, babies should eat less or no pungent food, even a little bit, because babies are very sensitive, even if you think it is just a little spicy. Eat more light soups, for example: mung bean soup, three-bean soup (mung bean, red bean, black bean, these three beans are cooked together and drink both the beans and the soup). These soups can not only replenish water and relieve heat, but also supplement vitamins.

3. Keep your skin clean

Many people think that using prickly heat powder directly is enough. Personally, I suggest that you should use prickly heat powder as little as possible. Although prickly heat powder can help babies eliminate heat rash, if it is not used in the correct way or is used improperly, it will not only fail to eliminate the rash, but it is also likely to make things worse. If you must use prickly heat powder, you must pay attention to two points: first, make sure to clean the baby's skin, because if the prickly heat powder comes into contact with water, it will clump into granules, and will constantly rub against the baby's tender skin, causing skin damage; secondly, children's prickly heat powder and adult's prickly heat powder are very different, and must be distinguished. Adult's prickly heat powder contains boric acid, which is prohibited in children's prickly heat powder.
