What should I do if my child has a stuffy and runny nose?

1. Cold water bath

4. Rub your body with white wine

Dip a smooth hard object such as a copper coin or other penny in white wine, and gently scrape the front and back chest, Quchi, and Quwo of the lower limbs until the skin turns red and hot. Then drink a bowl of hot ginger and sugar water, and you will start to sweat profusely after about 15 minutes. After sweating, the whole body will feel relaxed and comfortable. At this time, be careful to avoid colds and the cold will heal quickly.

5. Coke with ginger

Peel and chop 20 to 30 grams of fresh ginger, put it into a large bottle of Coca-Cola, boil it in an aluminum pot, and drink it while it is hot after it cools down a little. It is very effective in preventing and treating influenza.
