The surface is smooth and soft, with no adhesion to the surrounding tissues and no tenderness. Swollen lymph nodes are a common clinical symptom in children. Usually, there is one or several swollen lymph nodes in the neck, armpits or groin. Sometimes they are larger, sometimes smaller, sometimes hard, sometimes soft, and occasionally even tender. Children's lymphatic system is not well developed. When the body is infected with a virus, the lymph nodes cannot engulf the virus, causing lymph node inflammation. This is not a big problem. If a baby under 1 year old develops swollen lymph nodes, you must be vigilant.

3. Parents don’t need to worry too much. These small bumps are probably just lymph nodes, which are a normal immune organ in our body and are beneficial to our health.
