How to apply eyeshadow for children's performances

Method 1:

1. Children's skin is more delicate than that of adults, especially the skin around the eyes, so before putting on makeup, it is best to apply some eye cream to achieve the effect of isolation and protection. After the eye cream is fully absorbed, you can draw eyeliner. Generally, children's eyes do not need to be drawn long and charming like those of adult women. It is enough to make the eyes appear bigger and brighter. When applying, you can first use a small eye shadow brush to pick up a little black eye shadow powder and apply along the outline of the eyes, from the center to the front and from the center to the back.

If the child's eyes are originally of moderate size and have good contours, then just follow the child's original contour and draw close to the base of the upper eyelid and eyelashes.

When finishing the end of the eye, do not let the brush droop or curl up, just drag it flat to the end of the eye. The darkest part of the eyeliner should be in the middle of the eye, gradually fading from the middle to the front and back ends.

You can also draw the upper eyeliner on the back third of the lower eyelid after drawing the upper eyeliner. The lower eyeliner can be slightly lighter than the upper eyeliner.

If the child has small eyes, the upper eyeliner can be drawn slightly thicker, which can make the eyes look bigger and brighter.

Method 2:

Generally speaking, children's eye shadow should not be applied too thickly. If it is just a holiday celebration, you can choose pearlescent eye shadow in pink colors, such as: pink purple, light blue or silver, depending on the child's outfit that day. When applying, use an eye shadow brush to pick up the eye shadow, and apply from back to front, following the eyeliner, covering the entire double eyelid. If the child has single eyelids, just draw an eyelid approximately the width of a double eyelid. If it is a stage performance, you can choose a darker eye shadow of the same color and apply it from the end of the eye to one-third of the way forward. Pay attention to the blending of the light and dark eye shadows. If the child's pupils are close together, the dark eye shadow can be extended to the center of the eye.
