Traditional Chinese medicine treats tonsillitis in children, these prescriptions should be kept well

If a child suffers from tonsillitis, some common treatments may not work. According to experts, the best way to treat children's tonsillitis is traditional Chinese medicine. For example, the following nine prescriptions have good therapeutic effects.

1. [Square One]

400 grams each of dandelion and honeysuckle, 200 grams of mint, 100 grams of licorice, 50 grams of sterculia lychnophora, and 30 grams of starch. First take 200 grams of mint, licorice, sterculia lychnophora and dandelion, and 200 grams of honeysuckle, grind them into fine powder, sieve and set aside. Boil the remaining dandelions and honeysuckle in water for 10 times, combine the decoctions, filter, concentrate to a syrupy state, mix with starch slurry, boil to a paste, and then mix with the above-mentioned reserved medicines to form soft lumps. Pass through a 20-mesh sieve to granulate, brew with boiling water for 10 minutes, drink the clear liquid above, 10 grams each time, twice a day.

6 grams each of golden lotus and tea leaves. Brew with boiling water and drink as tea.

This recipe is effective for tonsillitis in children.

3. [Square Three]

6 grams of sour plums, 25 grams of green fruit (olives), and appropriate amount of white sugar. Soak sour plums and green fruits in a casserole for half a day, then boil them and add sugar for seasoning when serving.

This recipe can effectively prevent and treat tonsillitis in children.

4. [Square Four]

Take equal parts of black plum meat, raw licorice, Adenophora Root, Ophiopogon japonicus, Platycodon grandiflorum, and Scrophularia ningpoensis. Crush the above medicines and mix them evenly. Put 15g of them into a thermos cup, brew with boiling water, cover and soak for 1 hour, drink as tea, 3 times a day.

This prescription is effective for tonsillitis in children.

5. [Square Five]

4-6 pieces of Sterculia lychnophora and appropriate amount of rock sugar. Wash the Sterculia lychnophora and put it in a bowl, add appropriate amount of rock sugar for seasoning. Pour in boiling water, cover and simmer for about half an hour, then drink slowly. Soak again every 4 hours, twice a day. Generally, the effect will be seen in 2-3 days.

This recipe can be used to treat acute tonsillitis.

6. [Square Six]

12 olives, 1.5 grams of alum. First wash the olives with cold boiled water, use a knife to cut 4-5 longitudinal lines on each olive, grind alum into powder and mix it into the longitudinal lines, eat 2 olives every 1-2 hours, chew them slowly, spit out if there is phlegm, swallow the juice if there is no phlegm, and spit out the olive residue to avoid hindering digestion.

This prescription has a good effect on sore throat and tonsillitis in children.

7. [Seven]

15-20 grams of asparagus, 513-100 grams of polished rice, and a little rock sugar. First fry the asparagus to get the thick juice and remove the residue. Cook the glutinous rice into porridge, add appropriate amount of rock sugar after boiling, and then cook it into porridge.

This prescription is suitable for patients with chronic tonsillitis caused by kidney yin deficiency, yin deficiency and internal heat.

8. [Square Eight]

10 grams of Fritillaria cirrhosa and 120 grams of female duck breast meat. When the duck meat is 80% cooked, add Fritillaria thunbergii and a little salt, and continue stewing until cooked. Drink the soup and eat the meat, once a day.

This prescription is suitable for tonsillitis with dry cough without phlegm and throat discomfort.

9. [Square Nine]

30 grams each of Polygonatum sibiricum and crystal sugar. Wash the Polygonatum odoratum, add water with rock sugar, and simmer for 1 hour over low heat. Drink the soup and eat the Polygonatum odoratum, divided into morning and evening doses.
