There are actually two colors of dark circles. One is cyan dark circles, which are caused by venous blood retention in the microvessels; the other is brown dark circles, which are caused by incomplete melanin production and metabolism.

1. Live a regular life. Get enough sleep, exercise more, and stay optimistic. When sleeping, pay attention to sleeping on your back instead of your stomach, and try to use a soft pillow.

5. Apply some honey around your eyes. After washing your face, let the water dry naturally, then apply honey around the eyes, massage for a few minutes, wait for 10 minutes and then wash it off with clean water. Do not wipe off the water, let it dry naturally, and then apply facial cream.
