Once a child falls ill, not only does he suffer a lot, but the parents also become anxious. At the same time, many children also experience abdominal pain when they have a fever. The cause of a child's fever and stomach pain may be a gastrointestinal cold or indigestion. If you have any problem, be sure to seek medical attention immediately.

If a child has a fever and stomach pain, it may be caused by a gastrointestinal cold or acute gastroenteritis. We also need to consider whether it is caused by mesenteric lymphadenitis.

1. Check your child's blood test to determine whether there is inflammation. If so, see whether it is caused by a viral infection or a bacterial infection. If it is caused by a viral infection, ribavirin granules can be used for antiviral treatment; if it is caused by a bacterial infection, amoxicillin, cefixime and other anti-inflammatory treatments can be used.

2. If it is just a gastrointestinal infection caused by a cold, it can be treated with bile and pseudoephedrine dispersible tablets or children's acetaminophen granules, or cold and heat-clearing granules.

3. If accompanied by diarrhea, you can use Smecta to stop diarrhea and protect the intestinal mucosa of the child.

Drink more water. Drinking water helps to sweat and dissipate heat, lower body temperature and replenish the water lost by the child's body. Drinking water is not limited to plain water. You can let your child drink some of his or her favorite fruit juice, beverages, etc. to replenish water and vitamins, or drink more soup. When a child is sick and has no appetite, you can let him/her eat some cake, tofu, etc.

Tofu Porridge

Ingredients: 1/6 bowl of rice, 1/2 cup of broth, 1/10 block of tofu, some salt

Preparation method (1) Cut the tofu into small pieces.

(2) Add rice, broth, tofu and water to a pot and cook together.

(3) When the mixture becomes thick, add appropriate amount of salt to taste.

Egg porridge

Ingredients: 1/2 egg, 1/5 carrot, 1 spinach, 1/4 bowl of rice, 1/2 cup of broth, some salt

Preparation method (1) Stew carrots and spinach and chop them.

(2) Add rice, broth, chopped carrots and spinach into the pot and cook together.

(3) After boiling, add the mashed egg mixture and stir, then add salt to taste.
