How to make delicious vegetable porridge for babies

Many children need to add appropriate complementary foods when they reach a certain age. For children, porridge is a better complementary food, and nutritious vegetable porridge is even better. The method of making vegetable porridge for babies is definitely different from that for adults, and it should be made soft.

1. Corn, carrot and mushroom porridge

1. Wash the rice, mix it with a small amount of oil and salt, put it into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot, boil it over high heat until the water boils, then turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

2. Soak the mushrooms in warm water; pick the corn kernels; peel the carrots, dice the mushrooms and carrots, and cut the green onions into chopped green onions.

3. Pour carrots, corn and mushrooms into the pot, bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Add chopped green onions and season with salt.

4. Lettuce Porridge

1. Wash the rice, soak it for half an hour in advance, add enough water and bring to boil, add a small amount of salt and oil, and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

2. After half an hour, add the chopped lettuce and cook for 2 minutes. Season with appropriate amount of white pepper according to personal taste.

Oatmeal, Asparagus and Lean Meat Porridge

1. Wash the millet, mix it with bone soup and a bowl of water, put it into the rice cooker and press the "one-hour porridge soup" button.

2. Peel and mince the asparagus; chop the meat; grind the ginger and mix it with the minced corn and meat.

3. When the porridge is cooked, add the meat, corn, minced ginger, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Add the asparagus and oatmeal and bring to a boil.
