Causes

Contact buttock groove skin ulcers are mainly caused by damp and airtight skin and friction damage to the local skin, which gradually cause water-like changes and damage to the skin; and after the buttock groove skin becomes flushed, the two pieces of flesh in the buttock groove will fit more closely together due to the seepage of skin fluid, causing the local area to become more airtight and exudate, forming a vicious circle; after the skin becomes red and swollen, improper use of various moist ointments will also cause airtightness and skin adhesion, causing the condition to continue to worsen.

Care methods

It is necessary to improve the moisture level of the skin, promote breathability, isolate friction damage, reduce skin exudation, and reduce skin adhesion to improve symptoms; you can use talcum powder and other products as lubricants to reduce skin friction damage, use tannic acid ointment to reduce skin exudation, or use Beiqiao cockscomb firewood seed powder.
