How can children grow taller if their parents are short?

We usually see other children are very tall, while our own children are a little short. The height of a child is largely related to genetics. But why do some parents who are short have children who are taller than them? The key lies in future nutritional supplements. Nowadays, parents are very worried about their children's height and will give their children some health supplements for height growth. I wonder if there are other ways to make children grow taller?

Pork liver and eggs

50 grams of fresh pork liver, one fresh egg, 100 grams of rice. First, boil the rice in a pot until it blooms. Mash the pork liver and stir-fry with a little cooking oil for later use. Make egg drops, put them into the porridge together with hot chicken liver and cook until it becomes porridge-like. When it is warm, season and eat it every other day. Pork liver is rich in high-quality protein, calcium, phosphorus and vitamin A. Eggs contain ovoglobulin and ovoprotein needed for the growth of infants and young children, and are also rich in inorganic salts such as calcium and phosphorus, making them an ideal food for children to grow taller.

Egg yolk powder porridge

Boil a fresh egg, remove the egg white and leave the yolk. Grind the egg yolk into fine powder, add it to the cooked rice porridge, mix well and eat it 1 to 2 times a day. Egg yolk is rich in lecithin, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin A, and various lipids. It is colorful, fragrant and delicious, and is suitable for infants and young children.

Chicken liver, pork leg and astragalus soup

Take 50 grams of fresh chicken liver, 50 grams of fresh pork leg bones, 30 grams of astragalus, and 3 grams of schisandra. Cut the chicken liver into slices for later use; break the pork leg bones into pieces and put them into a casserole together with astragalus and schisandra chinensis. Add appropriate amount of water, boil it over high heat, then simmer for one hour over low heat, and filter out the bone and medicinal residues. Then put the chicken liver slices into the cooked pork bone soup and cook until done. Add seasoning according to taste, and eat the chicken liver and drink the soup after it is warm. Chicken liver is rich in protein, calcium, phosphorus and various vitamins. Pork leg bones also contain calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, potassium and other inorganic elements. Combined with astragalus and schisandra, it is beneficial to the absorption of protein, calcium, phosphorus and other ingredients, which is very beneficial to the growth and development of children's long bones.

If parents are short, they can pass on the height problem to their children, but it does not determine that the children will not grow tall in the future. If they can insist on doing some exercises during their future growth and development, and eat a healthy diet every day, they can become taller, and it will not even be affected by genetics. If you want your children to grow taller, you should focus on the issue of height growth in the later stage.
