What to do if your child's feet peel

What to do if your child's feet peel

Foot peeling is generally seasonal, occurring in spring and summer. Because the temperature in these two seasons is relatively humid and hot, if you do not pay attention to your child's hygiene, it is likely to cause your child's feet to peel. However, the real reason for foot peeling is not so well understood. Generally, patients can recover as long as they receive the correct treatment, and no special treatment is needed at all.

1. Apply Vaseline

The most common item used to remove cracked feet is Vaseline, or medicines with it as the main ingredient. Soak your feet in hot water before applying Vaseline to them.

After that, carefully apply Vaseline to the skin of your feet, wrap your feet with plastic wrap and leave it on overnight. This method can be repeated several times until the cracks on the feet disappear completely.

2. Use antibiotic ointment

If you have deep cracks in your heels, then antibiotic ointment will work for you.

This ointment can be absorbed gradually without covering with plastic wrap. However, it is recommended to consult a doctor before taking this approach.

3. Use natural formulas

Natural formulas are the best way to get rid of cracked feet. Using a combination of appropriate herbs and ointments can help to resolve cracked feet problems within a few days.

If you can't find the right herbs, you can use apples instead. Simply use a scrubber to rub a medium-sized apple into thin strips and apply to your feet for 30 minutes.

4. Inula preparations

Plants of the genus Inula have medicinal value. You can soak the dried flowers in water and apply the preparation to the cracks on your feet.

If a child's feet are peeling, the skin on the soles of their feet will become particularly delicate. If it is not protected in time, the skin will be infected again, so you should apply some Vaseline ointment, and try to wrap your child's feet with plastic wrap after applying it. Basically, it needs to stay on for one night, so that the peeling can be alleviated.
