Rub Tianying acupoint: Use the thumbs of both hands to gently rub Tianying acupoint (below the eyebrows, at the upper outer corner of the eye sockets). Each rotation is one beat, for a total of 64 beats, and change the rotation direction every 8 beats. 2. Press the Jingming point: Use the thumb of one hand to gently rub the Jingming point (the root of the nose close to the inner canthus of the eyes). First press down, then press upward. One press and one squeeze counts as one beat, for a total of 64 beats. When pressing and squeezing with the left hand, place the right hand on the table. When pressing and squeezing with the right hand, place the left hand flat on the table. Exchange the two hands, and do 4 eight beats per round. 3. Rub the Sibai point: Use the index finger to rub the Sibai point in the center of the cheek (one horizontal finger directly below the lower edge of the eye socket), support the thumbs of both hands on the depression of the mandible, rub the Sibai point with the index finger, and keep the other fingers together. Rotate and rub for one circle as one beat, for a total of 64 beats, and change the rotation direction every 8 beats. 4. Press the temple and scrape the eye sockets: press the temple with the thumb (one horizontal finger back from the middle of the eyebrow and the outer corner of the eye), and then use the inner side of the second section of the bent index finger to lightly scrape the eye socket in a circle, from upper inside -> upper outside -> lower outside -> lower inside, so that the acupoints around the eye socket such as Zanzhuyuyao, Sizhukong, Tongziliao, Qiuhou, Chengqi, etc. can be massaged. Scrape first and then rub. Press the ribbed surfaces of your left and right hands on your temples, make fists with the other four fingers, and use the inner sides of the second sections of your left and right index fingers to scrape the upper and lower eye sockets. The upper eye socket is from the eyebrow to the tip of the eyebrow, and the lower eye socket is from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner of the eye. First go up for 2 beats and then go down for 2 beats. One circle counts 4 beats (beats 8×8). Our mothers must urge our children to do more eye exercises, which can help our children greatly improve their eyesight. At the same time, daily reading and computer use must be controlled within a reasonable time to avoid eye fatigue and put a great burden on our eyes. |
