Congenital heart disease rescue methods for children

The probability of children developing congenital heart disease is now very high. This condition is very serious and may affect the breathing of our newborns. If the heart disease worsens, it may also endanger the health of many of our babies. Therefore, we must seek professional methods for treatment as soon as possible. Let’s briefly describe the rescue methods for children with congenital heart disease.

(1) Control the amount of salt. The main components of salt are chlorine and sodium. If you consume too much sodium salt, under the action of certain endocrine hormones, it can cause spasm of small arteries and increase blood pressure. At the same time, sodium salt also has the function of absorbing water. If you consume too much sodium salt, water will be retained in the body, which will increase the burden on the heart. Therefore, the daily sodium salt supply in the diet should be less than 3 grams; it is better to eat less or no salty foods such as pickles, mustard tubers, and fermented tofu.

(2) Control the amount of heat energy supply. Patients with hypertension and heart disease should eat more low-calorie foods. When total energy is too high, serum cholesterol usually rises. If the patient is overweight, he or she should eat in moderation.

(3) Limit the amount of fat and cholesterol in your daily diet. Try to avoid eating foods containing animal fat and high cholesterol, such as animal oils, fatty meat, liver, kidney, brain, lung, egg yolk, fish roe, etc. Edible vegetable oil and soy products are preferred. However, you should not consume too much vegetable oil, as it can also cause obesity in patients.

(4) Avoid eating irritating foods. Try to use less spicy condiments such as ginger, chili pepper, and pepper powder in your diet. Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited. Get rid of bad habits such as drinking strong tea and strong coffee.

(5) Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits. Eating fresh vegetables, fruits, bean sprouts, kelp, seaweed, fungus and other foods regularly can prevent arteriosclerosis.

The best way to treat congenital heart disease in children is to use heart bypass surgery, which is currently the most mature method for treating heart disease. At the same time, our mothers must reasonably match their children's diet and develop good living habits to effectively cure the disease.
